It’s been two years since the horrific and gruesome fatal beating of 7-year old Nixzmary Brown occurred and finally her case is being heard in court. Being that I just regained my position here at Creamfilled, I have not been able to keep you, the viewers, up-to-date on specific cases such as Nixzmary Brown’s, but I promise to keep you guys updated as to what is going on with this poor girl’s case.
The trial started January 15th. For those who do not know this young girl’s story nightmare, here it is:
Nixzmary Brown was the unfortunate victim of extreme child abuse. She was extremely underweight (only 45 pounds at the time of her death), she had been tied to chairs, dunked under water, and what i find most disturbing: used a cat litter box as a toilet. The person who administered these harsh, to say the least, forms of punishment was her stepfather, Cesar Rodriguez, who claims he punished Nixzmary like his father punished him.
Nixzmary was one of 6 children; when an autopsy was done of the girl it showed that she died of a blunt force to the head. There had been numerous signs that teachers and other school employees had picked up on; child welfare had been alerted two times but came up with no incriminating evidence from the parents. The jury is made up of 11 women and 1 man, 9 of which have children, which pretty much means that Rodriguez is not going to get away with what he did to that undeserving little girl.
Honestly, I do not believe that Cesar Rodriguez should be the only one that is charged with murder: what about Nixmary’s mother who HAD to have known about the torture her child underwent? I hope both step father and mother get extreme forms of punishment for the extreme forms of punishment they used on Nixzmary. Creamfilled is following this case and will post updates as the trial continues.

i think that nixzmary’s paents need to face life in jail.one 4 endangering the welfare of a child and child abuse to the extreme.i also think that nixzmary’s parents are parents and shouldn’t be allowed to see thier other children ever again.she is the reason why i am studying to be a theropist for abused children either mental or phyical abuse.in my heart nixzmary brown will always be alive and i willl always remember her.
